I had an absolutely amazing stay in a long time. The room was reasonably large and with air conditioning and a pantry at your disposal, gorgeous view of a garden or street. In general the service was great. Besides, my parking was on street.

Quite comfortable stay, as always. Quiet rooms, unique interior. Welcoming and polite staff and awesome location so close to shops and restaurants, the restaurant, and a great wine bar. Also, close to stores.

it's trendy, great location to the interstate

Aloft is located above a pub, I will never stay there again, drunks and rowdies in front of Aloft from 10.00pm till 1.00am. We did not get a good night's sleep.

Large units with a single king bed and the shower, for example, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating.

aloft in short pump exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. friendly staff, early check-in, and convenient parking made for a pleasant experience. the room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. we love the location with plenty of dining options nearby.

Our hotel room was bright and new-fashioned with a single king bed. The pool area was clean and the location was great and awesome, near to shopping center, within walking distance to Dave and Busters, and numerous food and shopping locations as well as nightlife.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is quite close to the main area that we needed to be in. We found it very convenient to have everything we wanted or needed close by. The decor of the hotel is modern and the beds are very comfortable. Additionally, the view of the ice skating ring was cool and added a nice touch to our stay.

The check-in process took longer than expected, as there was only one person at the front desk.

The main reason we chose this hotel is because the internet showed an indoor pool. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool as it was out of service.

Fairly clean, low-budget hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed quiet and updated rooms and welcoming staff. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a writing table, a pantry and heating. The location was favourable to the Richmond area.
